This allows your users to have access to their products/services once the payment provider has confirmed the transaction. If you are selling downloadable products (ie music) the website can automatically make these available as soon as the payment provider confirms the credit card transaction. This confirmation is sent to you the shop owner and the client with instruction on where to download their products.
